Jacey Spratt is a facilitator, leadership trainer, and certified coach with 23 years of professional experience. Before founding Same Page Consulting in 2016, she spent 10 years at Chemonics International and 3.5 at DAI. As a solopreneur, she has worked with more than 40 organizations (including government, NGO, for-profit, non-profit, and university clients).

Jacey is passionate about maximizing individual contributions, team collaboration, and organizational efficiencies. She prides herself on her ability to truly listen to clients’ needs and challenges, design responsive performance solutions, and have fun in the process.

Jacey holds a B.A. in Psychology and Spanish from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an M.A in International Education from Columbia University’s Teachers College. She is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) certified Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with more than 300 coaching hours. Jacey has studied and worked in Japan, Spain, and South Africa; traveled to many countries through her work; and speaks Spanish and basic Japanese. She is also a proud mom to three fantastic kids.
