Jacey Spratt has 22 years of professional experience, including 20 in the international development sector. Before founding Same Page Consulting, she spent 10 years at Chemonics International and 3.5 at DAI. An experienced trainer, facilitator, and coach, Jacey is passionate about maximizing individual contributions, team collaboration, and organizational efficiencies. She prides herself on her ability to truly listen to clients’ needs and challenges, design responsive performance solutions, and have fun in the process. Jacey holds a B.A. in Psychology and Spanish from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an M.A in International Education from Columbia University’s Teachers College. She is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) certified Associate Certified Coach (ACC). Jacey has studied and worked in Japan, Spain, and South Africa; traveled to many countries through her work; and speaks Spanish and basic Japanese. She is also a proud mom to three fantastic kids.
