Facilitation Work
Jacey designs and facilitates retreats for different objectives, including team building, strategic planning, work planning, change management, and lessons learned/after action reviews. She also teaches Facilitation Skills training for colleagues looking to enhance their skills. She considers facilitation an art and the ultimate exercise in multi-tasking; requiring listening, entertaining, empathizing, organizing, managing dissent, and encouraging action – sometimes all at once!

Conducting/Writing Organizational Assessments
Jacey is often hired to write organizational assessments and lessons learned analyses in which she conducts document reviews and interviews multiple stakeholders. While she is keen to identify challenges and their root causes, she emphasizes the spectrum of potential performance solutions.
Coaching for Presentations and Interviews
Jacey works with individuals and teams to improve their public speaking skills, work through presentation blocks, foster a one-team approach, and prepare clients for interviews via simulation. She is particularly rewarded when a client with a fear of public speaking ultimately surmounts their fear.
